tillwood Study Center offers educational workshops, classes, concerts, and exhibits free of charge to the community at large. The programs are developed with the intent to cover subjects not addressed by other area organizations. Stillwood Study Center has presented such diverse activities as bread-making and watercolor workshops, harpsichord and piano concerts, children's story-telling programs, and exhibits of Victorian children's clothing and photographs of Nepalese women. When needed, outreach programs are sign-interpreted for the deaf.

Two classes, from Nazareth College of Rochester and Finger Lakes Community College, use Stillwood's unique property for "hands on" study of ecological and environmental topics.
